All artwork for the printing of paper parts for CDs and DVDs must be supplied on a clearly labelled CDR, accompanied by a colour digital proof.

We can accept files from the following Programs:
Photoshop
InDesign
Illustrator
Freehand
We cannot accept CorelDraw, Publisher or Word files for output.
When supplying artwork in other than the above mentioned formats, PDF's are preferred.
PDF files will be run as supplied and cannot be altered for size, content, colour etc. All white text, regardless of which application it is set in, must be set to knockout.
Ensure that in the PDF Settings the "Job Option" used to create the PDF is "Press Optimised", NOT "Screen" or "Print Optimised" otherwise the printed result will be in very low resolution.
All artwork is to have 3mm bleed outside the trim area i.e.: must be supplied as trim size plus 3mm bleed all round and trim marks identified. It is advisable not to locate text any closer than 2mm from the trim marks where practical.
All files are to be supplied with a current, digital proof of actual size, showing all trim and fold marks.
All page numbers must be clearly identified in the file and on the proofs.
A monochrome laser printout, supplied as a mock up of booklets over 4 pages is generally recommended.
All fonts need to be supplied; including those used in any illustration files. Adobe Type 1 fonts are preferred over True Type fonts. Make sure that all screen and printer fonts are supplied.
All placed images must be supplied and be in either EPS or TIFF formats. We cannot accept JPEG or EPS files with JPEG encoding. All colour scans must be in CMYK, at a max. resolution of 300dpi. RGB can not be accepted.
