OTHER INFORMATION

How to deliver your files to us.

For best results, we prefer to receive audio as data files. These can be saved in any of the major formats, ie, .wav, .bwf, .aiff and should be saved onto a CDR formatted as ISO data.

The files can be 24 bit/ 44.1Khz, however, we can accept other sample rates. If you are unsure, please contact us to check. You are welcome to bring along different versions of your mixes if you have not decided on which one should be final.

If your project is too large to fit onto a set of CDR's then DVD Data is the next best transport format. Of course, DAT is still available as a master format and we love to work from 1/4" analogue masters at either 15ips or 30 ips, IEC or NAB and Dolby SR encoded.

If you are not sure about how to prepare your masters or what to supply, then send us an email to discuss you needs.

How Long Does it take?

That is hard to judge until we see the size and requirements of the project, however, as a general rule, most album masters (avg 40-50mins) are completed within 5-6 hours. It generally takes about an hour for every 10 minutes of finished program.

Of course, if the project requires it, we can spend more time and explore more options, this is entirely up to your budget and requirements. We are only interested in achieving the best results.
